As a prospective MEP from Greece and a psychiatrist, I am deeply committed to advancing LGBTI rights. The recent attack on gay and non-binary youth in Thessaloniki underscores the need for explicit protections based on sexual orientation and gender identity. I will advocate for a comprehensive EU LGBTIQ Equality Strategy, engage with LGBTI organizations for insight, and integrate mental health considerations into policies. My approach will emphasize education, legal reform, and safeguarding democracy, ensuring that LGBTI rights are upheld across Europe.

As a potential MEP, I will vote in favour of any legislation that proposes policies that ensure the rights and equity of LGBTQIA+ individuals in all member states of the EU and I will advocate for the just demands of LGBTQIA+ community to be fully impelemented in European society
