I come from the LGBT+ movement and for years I have worked closely with organisations in both Denmark and across the EU to protect the rights of queer people. I will rely on the advice and guidance of LGBT+ organisations in my efforts to protect and strengthen the community and I will seek to strengthen civil society initiatives working to enhance the rights of minorities
