As a member of the LGBTI Intergroup, my commitment to fighting for LGBTI rights is steadfast. If elected, I will push for EU policies protecting sexual orientation, gender identity, expression, and sex characteristics. I will hold Member States accountable for violations and urge the EU to champion LGBTI rights within and beyond its borders. Engaging with civil society, I will seek guidance to meet community needs and advocate for a comprehensive EU LGBTI Equality Strategy, ensuring mainstreaming in policymaking. Above all, I pledge to adhere to the principle of "do no harm" in all actions.
