As a transgender woman I am experiencing the increased attacks on our communities on a daily basis. I am deeply concerned about the role social media still play in the undermining of our European democracies and the constant attacks on vulnerable minorities in the EU.
As MEP I will fight online disinformation and the algorithms of social media that encourage controversy for more clicks and higher profits, because that is one of the most important catalysts of hate against our communities.
